Please note: using an apartment or villa as an office or reception space and deploying your branding during a congress may, depending on the event and applicable regulations, require the congress organizer’s authorization; eligibility is also often reserved for official exhibitors with a stand at the Palais des Festivals. We assist you with these steps, without being able to guarantee the outcome, which remains the sole and sovereign responsibility of the competent authorities and organizers.
