The most requested format, because it sits between the end of the conference programme and dinner. It runs from 6pm to 9pm on a private beach, a rooftop or a seafront apartment terrace. It asks for no time commitment from your guests and delivers a high volume of conversations. In our experience, actual attendance is markedly higher than for a seated dinner scheduled the same evening.
The small VIP dinner (12 to 40 guests)
A relationship format, not a visibility one. A villa, a privatised apartment or a restaurant salon, one single table, one clear commercial objective. This is what companies choose when they come to Cannes for three or four decisions rather than three hundred contacts.
The post-awards celebration
This one is decided late, often days before, once results are known. It therefore requires an option held in advance on a venue and a crew, with a release clause. It is the only format for which we recommend securing capacity before you know the occasion.
