Three constraints drive the choice: real capacity once the space is fitted out, permitted finishing times, and delivery access — traffic on the Croisette is heavily restricted during the event, which pushes build slots into the night or the very early morning.
What permits should you plan for during the Cannes Film Festival 2027?
Depending on the venue, the intended use and the applicable regulations, authorisations from the City of Cannes, the site operator and/or the event organiser may be required: temporary occupation of public space, security arrangements, extended hours, amplified sound, alcohol licensing.
